First, the dealership is very nice, clean, and every employee you bump into is willing and ready to help. Ceil is tuned into what you as a buyer are looking for and I am kind of a difficult/particular customer. She is just the right amount of attentive without being pushy. She made sure all of the paperwork was ready when I arrived and I really cant believe how quick and easy the process was. The dealership and people make it easy to buy from them. Highs and lows First, the highs. Sam ,salesman, was great. He really worked for me even though I was buying this Range Rover sight unseen and from a different state. First, the highs. Good job by him and his professionalism. Once I agreed to buy the truck, the paperwork sat on the business managers desk for 3 days. I was told that they were extremely busy but, quite frankly, what did that have to do with me? In short, I had the truck insured through my insurance company 7 days before it left their lot to be delivered. Unacceptable. The only person to save the deal, as I was ready to walk away, was the General Manager, Bill. Great to work with and he really did what I expected a Mercedes Dealership manager to do. Great job and save. In summary, I would have given them 5 stars but not for the fact of the delay in completing paperwork. Having said that, delivery went well and I would recommend this dealership. She did all she could to make me feel appreciated and went to bat to get me everything I wanted in the car for the payment I was comfortable with. She had her Product Specialists (Joann Pack & Derek) deliver the car to my place of employment, the delivery was special as it was my birthday. They were awesome and went out of their way to add a Red Bow on top of the car and get me an editable fruit basket and chocolates for a bday present! I felt very special and pampered and I'm proud to be part of this North Olmsted Mercedes family! Thank you Ceil for making this process a smooth and wonderful experience! More
