I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live about 45 minutes away. I phoned the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and I spoke with Sam , who informed me that it in fact was still available. I said I'd like to come on in and check it out, and he said, "Great. It'll be up front and ready for you when you get here." I can't say enough about Sam as my sales contact. He was outstanding. Extraordinary!! We (actually my husband) were in the market to find a new used SUV to replace our 2013 Malibu sedan. After searching numerous websites and dealerships We (actually my husband) were in the market to find a new used SUV to replace our 2013 Malibu sedan. After searching numerous websites and dealerships, he found what he wanted at Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted in the certified pre-owned center. He called and spoke with Sam Marawan regarding the vehicle he was interested in and we took a 45 minute drive to look at the car and meet with Sam. Sam was professionald, friendly and genuine and my usual tendency to distrust a car salesman was gone quite quickly. He answered all our questions regarding the vehicle and suggested we take it home for the evening (he did know how far away we lived too). After driving the vehicle for a day, we decided to make the purchase and were directed to Jesse Lee who handled the financing. He too was very genuine, professional and easy to do business with. It is not our habit to drive across counties to purchase any vehicle but both my husband and I are grateful we came across this dealership! Our experience was above and beyond what we were expecting. Our only regret is they don't have one closer to Geauga County. A huge shoutout and thanks to both Sam and Jesse for making us feel appreciated as well as valuable customers. More
