Smooth experience I was the dealership today to pick up my new E300 Sedan. Brian worked tirelessly to pair us up with the color (Lunar Blue Metallic/Beige Interior) and I was the dealership today to pick up my new E300 Sedan. After to close to month of searching and driving numerous cars we finally settled on a color (Iridium Silver Metallic/Brown Interior) we weren't really looking for but is beautiful. The staff from Richard, JoAnn, and Whitney were all very knowledgeable and helpful. Richard told me I was eligible for an additional discount since I was a veteran and a USAA member, how many car dealerships do that? The entire staff from the receptionist, to sales, finance, and service is very knowledgeable, courteous, and made the whole experience enjoyable instead of feeling like you were at a used car lot.
