Best Car Purchase Experience 1st off the greeting from the receptionist was pleasing. Secondly, SHAWN BLUM was comforting from the introduction. Shawn was naturally interested in my satisfaction. Thirdly, my test drive with him was relaxing and informative. I genuinely felt at ease and unpressured with this vehicle decision. Lastly, I wasn't expecting to keep the vehicle overnight. I had other cars to test drive but at this point I only wanted to deal with Shawn of Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted. This car was so beautiful and clean. It fit my liking and what I wanted in this model with the help that it was clean and available. I actually wasn't expecting to close a deal the very next day bringing the vehicle back, but the finance manager was just as comforting and I really felt at home here. In closing, I can't wait to do business with the again. In my opinion, this is an experience anyone should have when shopping for a new car rather it's brand new or brand new to you. On the day I arrived to pick up my S550, he came outside right away to greet me, invited me in and offered coffee/water/snack. Interaction was friendly and easy. While I was with the finance manager signing papers, he was overseeing final touches of my car's preparation to make sure everything was perfect and it sure was!
