He voluntarily pulled up the car fax and went over everything, worked with us to get the financing we wanted, ensured we knew about the car since it was our first electric car by getting Luke to show us the features (he was great too!), and ensuring the car was detailed and charged up before we left with it! He was no pressure, and seemed more concerned with making sure we had the information we needed to make an informed decision - even taking time to look up charging stations along our route home since we were a little over an hour away!
