I know exactly what I want and willing to travel as far as I need to, to get it. Actually I drove 17 hours in the cold winter weather and back to Florida, to get this vehicle. The car did not disappoint me. Beautiful car and had been detailed, awaiting my arrival. I had been looking to trade in, an excellent condition Mini Cooper, for a BMW Z4. I told them what "I needed, or wanted" in trade and after only a small amount of time, arrived at a deal. My Salesman, Mike Tankersley, from the first phone call and contact, provided impeccable service, and is a huge asset to this dealership. He was in constant contact with me and stayed on top of the transaction and paperwork. There was never a worry where I stood and he should get a raise for trying to make sure the floor was cleaned in from of my car, upon delivery. Andrew Conner handled the financing, and again, provided excellent customer service and got a rate for me that I wasn't expecting, but was pleasantly happy with. With Andrews interaction with me, he stayed on top of everything that was needed, so when I arrived at the dealership, things went smoothly and quickly. I do not like surprises!!! So I was happy when none were presented to me. Both Mike and Andrew are a great compliment to this dealership and I really appreciate their dedication in making my transaction with them smooth and stress free. They are extremely friendly and make you feel at home, and at ease. I would definitely travel to this dealership again, for another vehicle purchase. Absolutely amazing experience My husband and I began our search for a car for him on Lorain Road in North Olmsted, and that is also where our search ended. I dreaded the process b My husband and I began our search for a car for him on Lorain Road in North Olmsted, and that is also where our search ended. I dreaded the process because, in the past, dealers had been so pushy and eager for me to sign. When that happened, I felt like doing the exact opposite. I felt as if what was being told to me was a script or a bunch of lies that were being told just so that I would love whatever car and ultimately purchase it. I was never able to just look at cars without someone hounding me, following me, and telling me all about how I could get a great deal. So, I definitely wasn't looking forward to going into the Mercedes-Benz dealership--that is, until I met Shawn. The first thing I noticed was that he was actually going to give my husband and me a chance to look around first. What? He wasn't going to try to 'steal us' from others working there? He was going to take a chance that we would come back to him? He wasn't desperate? I loved it!! My husband and I looked around and were easily able to find Shawn when we needed him. He took such care and time to explain our options, to look up additional cars online, and never seemed pushy. I remember hearing my husband apologizing for making Shawn have to keep going back online to see other cars, but Shawn always smiled and would say, "I'm here for you. It's not a problem at all!" Something about him was truly believable. My husband and I both felt this. Once when Shawn had walked away, I said to my husband that I wanted to find the manager so that I could tell him just how awesome we thought Shawn was. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel as if he was there to help only us. The experience was wonderful, and I had to tell him so before we left. We did purchase a car from him and love everything about it. In a year, when my husband and I would have paid off the car, I am definitely going back to get MY car from him Shawn! He has changed my mind completely about auto salesmen. I couldn't have had a better experience! More
