Dee Wolfe and Andrew Conner are both fantastic! I had a terrible experience at another dealership buying a luxury G55 AMG SUV (A New one is 125k), and this dealership was great! The other dealershi I had a terrible experience at another dealership buying a luxury G55 AMG SUV (A New one is 125k), and this dealership was great! The other dealership in Charlotte shopped my offer and took almost a week to agree on a price, the Charlotte dealership manager also chastised me for not accepting the terms of his deal--even though the price was too high (Hendrick Motors in Charlotte) tried to make me pay for shipping both ways, but North Olmsted agreed to split the price--North Olmsted is great. Dee (at North Olmsted) negotiated a fair and competitive price, and the whole deal was done within an hour. A HUGE DIFFERENCE! I was very pleased. Dee was responsive, always answered my questions, and you can tell she cares about customers. I wish all dealerships were like this! A Couple of things I noticed: 1) Dee and Andrew were respectful, responsive, and to the point. 2) Dee was a great conversationalist who took interest in my story and advocated on my behalf for the best deal possible. 3) Dee was transparent about my vehicle and it's history--answered all my questions. 4) Dee thanked me an my family for our military service, and I was very moved. :) More
