Hesitant to purchase sight unseen, I drove 6 hours north, not knowing what to expect. Short Review Version: Loved the vehicle and the dealership. Shawn Blum, who worked with me to buy the car, Sam Marawan, who took me on the initial test drive, and Matt Frazier, who dealt with the financials, were absolutely terrific and made the buying process go smoothly. Fantastic experience! Recommend Mercedes of North Olmsted 100% - buying in person or online. Long Review Version: These guys took such good care of me and worked diligently with my bank to complete all the necessary paperwork. My bank, located in KY, was severely short-staffed due to a snowstorm thus completing the financials on their end took virtually all day. Despite the time it took on my bank’s end, Shawn and Matt were always cheerful and upbeat. Shawn really went above and beyond to facilitate the purchase – and to make my wait enjoyable. Shawn helped me return my rental car, he pointed out several super restaurants – offered to get me lunch, told me about the sight-worthy attractions in the area and generally kept me in good spirits! Both Shawn and Matt explained the paperwork clearly, and offered me different options on warranties. There was no pressure – only clarity and the feeling that they were on my side, helping me navigate the buying process. Wonderful experience with very trustworthy people. I drove away very happy in my – new to me – GL. I would absolutely buy a vehicle from them again – even sight unseen. (Though I’d really like to see Cleveland in the summer – really beautiful.)
