He gave me the rundown of the 2016 Toyota Camry and made me feel really comfortable through the entire process. The car had a few small spots that needed touching up and the shop took care of that without any issue. I never felt as though I was being "sold" a car, instead he was helping me buy the car that I wanted. When it came time to pull the trigger, there was no pressure on the part of Shawn or the sales staff, they just wanted to help me find the car that was right for me.
