He arranged financing the next day, which bested the rates given to me by my bank. We simply stopped back in to sign the papers while the car was flawlessly detailed. Awesome Out of Town Experience I was less then apprehensive buying across state lines but my salesman Shawn Blum made the experience SUPERRRRRRRR pleasant and was VERY receptive to I was less then apprehensive buying across state lines but my salesman Shawn Blum made the experience SUPERRRRRRRR pleasant and was VERY receptive to email, text, and getting me video of the vehicle (making it like it was in the dealership although 400 miles away). I decided on purchasing the car and who's there to pick me and my wife up at the airport when we fly in with a smile...Shawn. When we get to the dealership, the car is under a black veil on the showroom floor. He pulls back the veil and it's everything he said the car would be. Now to put things into perspective...this was not a new model year vehicle, yet Shawn going through this effort of presentation was very impressive (considering I have been to MANY dealerships where salesmen act as of they are doing YOU a favor by serving you). This was not the case at all with Shawn or North Olmstead. All told, we were in and out in less than an hour and headed back home. No annoying up sells, bait and switch tactics, or delay in the business portion. It was the car + fees they told me...no surprises. So if you are reading this...definitely ask for Shawn. If you are out of town and apprehensive about traveling to this dealership to lookat / buy a vehicle...don't.
