Exceptional prompt service Had a issue with a used vehicle I just purchased. "Legally" I suppose the dealership may not have done anything about the issue. I was extremely upset when I saw the problem so I sent out a few emails to staff as I figured I'd better carpet bomb them with emails like other dealerships in order to get a response. Within hours Bernie Moreno personally mailed me back and said that he was confident his team would get the issue taken care of. Bill Horvath a service manager called me shortly thereafter and scheduled a appointment for them to come to ME to look at vehicle. They picked up the vehicle and repaired the issue. You would think that there is nothing miraculous about this service but I have dealt with other higher end automotive groups in the Cleveland area that would have hung up the moment they received a call like that. I'm a business owner also and I can say that unfortunately business owners like Bernie Moreno and I are few and far between anymore. This auto group now has a customer for life if they continue this type of service. Thank you Bernie and thank you Bill for your great service It made me smile when I came home and my wife told me that when the mechanic was sent out to my vehicle and told my home was in the "country" he assumed it was a "development" in the country not a actual farm LOL.
