I got a 2011 ML450 Hybrid. The dealership went out of their way to get this vehicle for me from out of state. They were in short supply at the time. Our family has bought 2 vehicles from Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted and we've had complete satisfaction from them. All of the sales associates, especially Gabe and Nick are very courteous and knowledgea North Olmsted and we've had complete satisfaction from them. All of the sales associates, especially Gabe and Nick are very courteous and knowledgeable. We got great deals on both vehicles we bought; a 2005 E500 and a 2007 ML350. The service at this dealership is also excellent. Everything is done promptly, professionally, and with care. I would and have recommended this dealership for years. All I kept hearing was that they are from Boston, they don't know how it works in my city/state, service was mediocre at best.
