I started looking for a car three months ago, just to see what was out there, should I decided to buy after tax return arrived. I put in an internet inquiry and Mitch Litam responded. He understood my situation (needing to wait for down payment) and kept me in mind, checking in periodically as time passed. Never pressuring, but instead building a relationship. By the time I decided to go shopping, we had established a "friendship" that made my arrival at the dealership a lot less apprehensive than normal. I went to simply "check out" a 2007 C300 that was hopefully in my price range. While it may have been in my price range, the mileage on the care was too high to get financing. The friendly staff at MB of North Olmstead were able to get me into a Certified Pre-Owned 2010 C300 with only 35000 mile on it for just over my anticipated payment. Thanks guys. LOVE THE CAR. There wasn't any pressure, our salesman Mitch Litam was absolutely awesome. He knew what I wanted and tried his best to find a perfect match - and he did. Did I mention I LOVE THIS CAR? There is a few small problems with the car, clip cover missing from where a roof rack can be installed - part has been ordered and will be installed when it arrives. There was a slight miss-alignment of the front passenger fog light - that was fixed before I even drove off the lot. I have also noticed a vibration when I break (rotor??), that will be fixed shortly. I am sure, once I call, they will arrange to have my car picked up, another dropped off, and will be completely hassle free experience. I was searching on the internet to find a low mileage CPO E350. I found one at MB of North Olmsted, and posted an inquire. The very next morning, Ms Ceil Cohen at Sales called and we scheduled a test drive E350. I found one at MB of North Olmsted, and posted an inquire. The very next morning, Ms Ceil Cohen at Sales called and we scheduled a test drive that Saturday. When my wife and I walked into the showroom, we were greeted by the friendly staff, and served fresh coffee. The weather was cold that day, but Ceil had the E350 already warmed up outside, waiting for us to test the car. Needless to say, the E350 is solid, fast, comfortable and great looking. There was no sales pressure, and we got the car at a great price. Couple days after the purchase, I noticed a slight noise when I brake. Nothing alarming. For any other car, it would have been just fine. But for a MB, I thought it should be quieter, and the noise was just enough to make it disappointing. From my past experience with other car dealership, my initial thoughts were: here we go, now I have to take my car back to the dealership, explain to a technician, drive with him, hope the brake will make the same noise that day, hope the technician can hear it too and not look at me like I am insane. They probably will replace something and call it fixed, when the noise remains, and I will have to go through the entire service cycle again. Well, I emailed Ceil about the noise and asked for a service number that I can call. To my surprise, she immediately contacted the service manager herself. They had another E350 dropped off at my house and took my car in for service. The technician identified the issue and replaced the brakes with new parts. After the service, my car was brought back to my house. Absolutely, no cost and no time loss for me. Excellent VIP service! And the best part, the car was fixed right, and I am not insane after all about that little noise. Thank you! Keep up with the great customer service! More

I was very very impressed with the whole buying experience! Ceil was great throughout the entire process. Josephine and Jim are some of the best people in the car service industry. Jim Shields is the person to go to when it comes to anything electronics related for your vehicle. He installed a radar detector system and a laser shifting system in my BMW and he really knows what he is doing. He will stay all night if that is what it takes to do your car. Josephine does all of the paperwork with you and she really knows what she is talking about. She is very courteous and helpful. She shows you where to go in the dealership in order to relax. They have a huge customer area where they have coffee, soda and water. Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted is the place to go even if you don't have a Mercedes. It is the perfect dealership for speed protection work as well. Bernie Moreno the owner is also a pleasure to deal with. More
