This was my first time purchasing a car via the internet. I chatted online with a representative name Mitch Litam, about the car I was interested in. After doing that, they allowed me to put a hold on the car so I could think about buying it, over the weekend. The following Monday, Mitch and I worked together to get the deal done. I had paperwork in my hand, via Fedex, on Tuesday and the car was mine on Wednesday. Then they offered to ship the car directly to my house. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! He was not pushy with the after sales items but was informative and patient with any questions.
