Service Department Lacking The first time I had my car serviced without issues. The second time I went to the service department they were unorganized. I had to wait over 1/2 ho The first time I had my car serviced without issues. The second time I went to the service department they were unorganized. I had to wait over 1/2 hour for a loaner car. The third time I had a scheduled appointment with a loaner car. When I arrived I was told that they did not have a loaner avaialable but would offer a shuttle. My place of employment is 25 miles from the dealer, therefore, that was a problem. When you call to schedule an appointment for service they do not call back. The voice message states that they will call back in 48 hours. What kind of service is this from Mercedes Benz? My expectations are much more for the price of the cars! This is not the first Mercedes dealership that I have encountered problems with their service departments. My next car will be a different brand. More
