40k mile service I scheduled my service online and was contacted within a day to confirm appointment, review what the service covered along with cost estimate and advi I scheduled my service online and was contacted within a day to confirm appointment, review what the service covered along with cost estimate and advised that since the service may be long, I would receive a loaner! When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted, met with the service technician and provided a loaner. I left within 30 minutes of arriving. When the service technician called to tell me my car was ready, I asked how late the service center was open since I work far away. I was offered to return the loaner the following morning, which was more convenient than rushing. Thanks so much! More
