I have purchased my GLA 250 4matic 2017 on February 27th 2020. Since then I have had a number of issues with the vehicle. A couple of days of having the car my engine light came on, they fixed that. Then my 2020. Since then I have had a number of issues with the vehicle. A couple of days of having the car my engine light came on, they fixed that. Then my trunk wasn’t opening or closing, they fixed that. My camera wasn’t working they claim they replaced it with a new one and they haven’t, I still have the same issue. My sensors, transmission and brakes are a issue they claim that is fine as well. They sold me a car with old tires that are rotting from the inside out with a brownish color on the outside of them. I have since then talked to their management team and no help what so ever they told me to call back in 30days since they are closing due to Covid-19. They were very rude and unprofessional, no one even bothered to help me. I asked if I can buy the newest car because I don’t feel safe in mine and the response was that the sales department was closed they couldn’t do anything for me. I spoke to Nichole the service manager and I asked if I can get that in writing she said no, she also said she would call me back never heard from her. I reached out to corporate and they wouldn’t able to assist me either they said they would call me back last week and still nothing. The lady on the phone seemed annoyed. The point I’m trying to make is that these people don’t care about your safety concerns or anything else for that matter. As far as corporate goes still no word from them either. More

I had spoke to John Ramos about this issue, he was quite understanding and calming. An appointment for service was set. When we brought the car in on its service date the warning light was off. John had assured us that they would check the car over. They had found and quickly resolved the issue under the warranty. John was the most honest and helpful Service Manager that I had ever dealt with. We are also very pleased with the speed and professionalism of the whole Service Department. More

Great experience with Paul, our sales person, Jake the owner, John in the service Dept and everyone else we encountered. We were treated professionally and kindly and most importantly, with honesty! PJ, my salesman, took that extra effort to find exactly the vehicle that my wife and I were looking for. I have had Mecedes in the past, and in fact I still have a terrific running 2002 430CLK in my driveway (which needs a paint job at a place I am having difficulty finding here on the Shoreline). After my experience at Mercede-Benz North Haven I have to ask myself why I even looked anywhere else. More
