My car went in for service. I was greeted in the garage and given a loaner also in the garage. Everyone was efficient , polite and knowledgeable When I asked if I might be able to get the car by 2:00pm and given a loaner also in the garage. Everyone was efficient , polite and knowledgeable When I asked if I might be able to get the car by 2:00pm I was told they would do everything possible to make it happen. And It did - I was called around 1pm that my car was ready. The dealership is clean and they are all doing a good job of dealing with COVID 19 issues. It all made me felt safe. Thanks to all. More

I made an appointment with this dealership to have a tire rim repaired. When I leased the vehicle in Ft Myers Fl, I purchased a tire and rim insurance policy from the dealership. I told Bob the service advis rim repaired. When I leased the vehicle in Ft Myers Fl, I purchased a tire and rim insurance policy from the dealership. I told Bob the service advisor about the policy and he checked it out and the repair was made. Since I had a loaner I was anxious to return to the dealership in North Haven and retrieve my own vehicle. When Bob called to tell me my vehicle was ready, he told me he could not release it until the insurance company paid his dealership the $100 it was now due. So I was being inconvenienced because one Mercedes dealership was have an issue with another a Mercedes dealership. This was a Wednesday. On Thursday I called Bob and was told they still had not been paid and I could not get the car. This was getting really aggravatingly so I hung around the house hoping to get a call to pick up my car. But by 4:00 the payment had still not come through. On a Friday I called and still no payment. I was really irritated by now and decided to call Nichole the service manager. I told her the story and she told me she would look into it and get back to me in 5 minutes. I told her that was fine, but I was on my way to pick up my car. Payment or no payment. Nichole never called me back! When I arrived at the dealership neither Bob or Nichole were anywhere to be seen. I went to the cashier, paid $5.00, got my car keys and left. But not before looking around for Bob and Nichole. I did not ask for them, but fully expected one of them to greet me and apologize for my extreme inconvenience. This was a problem between two Mercedes dealerships. And it was only a $100 problem. I was in no way responsible for this problem. Yet, I spent Three days trying to get my car out of the “impounded” status. And still no contact or apology for the hassle. It was a stunning experience to have at a Mercedes dealership. More
