From my initial phone contact with Charlie Mannix late on a Saturday until I picked up my Mercedes the following Monday afternoon, the process was flawless. In addition, the Mercedes I purchased is the finest looking car I have ever purchased. The vehicle looked as if it had just been driven off the factory floor even though it had over 27,000 miles on the odometer.
