Not a happy customer! Let’s just say I’m very protective of my vehicle because I know how hard I worked to own one. I had a scheduled appointment and my car sat there 2 days. Told me they were backed up and couldn’t give me a loaner. Went to pick it up and the door had a ding in it. Service manager said that a rock must of hit it. Nice try, but I don’t think so. Brand new car with only 3k miles. The walk around photos they took when I dropped it off showed no ding. I’m sorry but can’t trust this dealership anymore. More

A special shoutout goes to PJ Zamani, my sales consultant, who truly made the experience exceptional. PJ was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly attentive to my needs. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me through the entire process with ease. His expertise and genuine enthusiasm for the brand combined with my need made me feel confident in my decision. The dealership itself was immaculate, with a wide selection of vehicles to choose from, and everyone including Kelly-Lynn the store manager and all staff was friendly and accommodating. Found pieces of plastic in sunroof track. Closed sunroof and just heard plastic breaking apart. Made appointment to have it checked. Asked for an estimate to replace tracks. Couldn’t get one. Found lots of issues with Mercedes sunroof but no recall. People posted it cost over $6000 to repair. Called service department again to get estimate. Again told too many components. Can’t give me estimate. I went to German auto repair in Watertown. Great place. Owner immediately said he had to warn me. Repair can cost up to $10,000! He said if he opens it up it might not close and then I would have to get the roof replaced. I called Mercedes and asked for Service manager. Paul stated they can’t give an estimate until they open it. I told him he was ridiculous and that I got the info already. And that it’s unbelievable that if I took my car in and they opened it I would be stuck with a huge bill without warning! He kept talking in circles. What if they gave me a high estimate and it turned out to be a screw!?! He said I’d be mad! I’m like what did you say. I’d be happy with a screw. Totally unhinged if it was a $6000 to $10,000 bill without warning. I told him if I took the car in as scheduled and they opened the roof that they would have then taken my right away to make a decision as to if my car is worth spending that much on it. Once it’s opened it’s more than likely it won’t close and I would have to fix it or make a quick trade in and get nothing for my car. My car is a c300 coupe in brilliant blue. I went to another dealer and they gave me a low ball offer of $15,000. Beautiful car but that’s it! More
Do not purchase a vehicle from this location. My CPO had water leaking from the roof and management did not do anything to resolve the issue. Save yourself the headache and go to another dealer. Very impressed had an appointment was greeted buy Mr Moody. Car I called for was waiting and ready to go. Everything that I saw that was wrong with the car they took care of. This dealer gave me the run around. I have two mercedes cars serviced there each year, spend thousands of dollars a year and then they want to penny pinch and charge me a $100 for a par I have two mercedes cars serviced there each year, spend thousands of dollars a year and then they want to penny pinch and charge me a $100 for a part they never installed properly when I purchased the car from them a year ago. Trying to get someone to waive the fee was too time consuming and frustrating. I’ll be switching to a new dealer for service and future Mercedes car purchases. More
