I purchased my E350 cabriolet from Renee and she was a pleasure to work with. She insisted that I purchase the Tire and Wheel Insurance and I am glad I did! Had to have one of my tires replaced and dealt with Alexa. She was very helpful with everything I needed and answered all the questions that I had. Being a private chauffer I experience breakdowns at inopportune times. Every time something happens to my car, I call Mr. Hopper and he tells me to come in and they take great care of my car and in a t inopportune times. I went into Mercedes Benz of Larchmont for my yearly service. I was greeted by a friendly staff and quickly help by my service advisor. Anthony was so knowledgable and helpful. He explained the servi service. I was greeted by a friendly staff and quickly help by my service advisor. Anthony was so knowledgable and helpful. He explained the service in great detail and my loaner car was all set up as we finished up. The loaner was clean and gassed and I was on my within 15 minutes of first driving in. The service director Keith was in the service drive when I came to pick up and greeted me and asked if I was being helped. He had the valet Patrick bring up my vehicle and it was cleaned and vacuumed. I paid at Anthony's desk and was on my way. It was a great experience and would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Larchmont to friends and family. They won me over! Keep up the great work. P.S. they are building a brand new dealership and it looks great in the pictures. More
