We had the best car's purchase experience in the 30 years I have been buying cars. Being a private chauffer I experience breakdowns at inopportune times. Every time something happens to my car, I call Mr. Hopper and he tells me to come in and they take great care of my car and in a t inopportune times. I have never been a car person or knew much about them, just what looked nice. Recently I happen to be at a social event when Sue Silverman and I started talking. Of course we talked about what we did for just what looked nice. Recently I happen to be at a social event when Sue Silverman and I started talking. Of course we talked about what we did for a living, and as it turns out, I was very interested in what she had to say. I am in the process of looking for a new car and knew nothing about Mercedes. As we talked more and more, I found her to be extremely knowledgable about cars in general, and of course the Mercedes. By the end of our conversation, I found myself very interested in taking a look and learning more about them. I actually never thought I could afford one, but after speaking with her, it is definitely in our budget. She gave me a card and in the next few months, she is going to put me in touch with a sales representative in our area. She was so kind and felt she really went out of her way. I also felt a strong sense of honesty. It was a pleasure meeting and speaking with her. I am looking forward to going to Mercedes to look at the cars.
