This was by and far the best experience that I have ever encounted when looking for a new or pre-owned car. From working with the very experienced sales person (Rich Russo) to the Finance department (Sergio encounted when looking for a new or pre-owned car. There was no "selling" pressure applied and each and every person "cared" about assisting me in my acquring a pre-owned vehicle. In my thirty years of driving, I've purchased no less than fifteen cars, new and used. I have always found the experience of going to a dealership a miserable one. The sales staff would not entertain yo than fifteen cars, new and used. I have always found the experience of going to a dealership a miserable one. The sales staff would not entertain your inquiry about anything until they had every bit of information they were able to extract about you. The purpose of this resulted in relentless harassment and endless phone calls to force you to buy their brand of vehicle. Dealing with Tom and Leonardo was a pleasurable experience. I felt as if I were visiting two of my friends at their work place yet at the same time they were precise, forthcoming and honest in their work when I expressed interest in a particular vehicle. The entire experience was over a two or three day period. And on a lovely Friday afternoon, I drove away with my "new" Mercedes E350. But not before my wife took several photographs of me and my Mercedes with my two new friends, Tom and Leonardo. The only thought I had as I drove away with my dream car, was the next time I will be visiting Pepe Luxury Cars to buy my next Mercedes and hope that my friends Tom and Leonardo will be there to greet me. I have never felt comfortable going to a car dealership by myself to make a new car deal. I explained this to Leo Didonna when I was responding to Pepe's lease loyalty program I had received by mail. He introduced me to Michael Longhi and assured me I was in good hands. Right from the start I felt at ease, Michael walked me thru every detail. I felt confident in signing the new lease without hesitation. He kept me informed of when my new car would arrive, by phone calls and emails which was very helpful and convenient, due to my busy work schedule. I really can't say enough about Michael, he answered all of my questions, never made me wait for an answer or response, and just made me feel at ease that I made the right decision (especially since In the past I have always had a man come with me). I will, and have already recommended Pepe's and especially Michael Longhi & Leonardo Didonna. Interestingly, I was not planning to use Pepe's again for my new lease as I did not have great customer service from your sales(especially) and service dept in the past and at your other location. Truthfully, if I had not called and spoke with Leonardo Didonna I would not even be writing this review. I live in Greenwich CT and was planning to stay local. I'm so glad I kept an open mind and let Leo convince me I would be happy using Pepe's. Oh and I love love my new car! More

After being contacted on the phone my wife was convinced by the internet phone salesperson Fabio that even though we had 5 lease payments to go and were over miles that Pepe motors could get us out of our l by the internet phone salesperson Fabio that even though we had 5 lease payments to go and were over miles that Pepe motors could get us out of our lease and into a brand new car and keep the payment in our range. We were turned over to George Rudovic and he was very pleasant. I told him we were over miles with 5 payments to go but wanted to get into a new lease with as little money out of pocket as possible. George said he had a car with all the equipment we wanted in a color combination we liked. He worked up a payment and when I asked how much money out of pocket we would be he said tax (about $950 plus lic plate fees of approx $95. I had driven my current leased mercedes and they had my keys and access to the car all the time I was there. I was happy with the "deal" and gave a $500 deposit to hold the car as I had to speak to my wife. I called back 30 minutes later to schedule delivery. No call back for hours. I persisted and George finally got back to me but said he could not commit to a Saturday delivery until he spoke with the mgr and he would call me back by noon the following day. It's now 2pm the following day and when I called the dealer they said George was not in that day. We had faxed our credit app and all relevant papers by 8am in the morning as per George's instructions. Something did not feel right. Finally I asked to speak with the sales mgr and was then told George was on his way in and would call me. When he called me he starts with "sorry the 2012 car we wrote up was actually not in inventory at the time we made our deal but because it was our mistake we'll make you the same deal on a new 2013." Yes just $2800 out of pocket and you pay the overmiles! What!! Why all the extra money out of pocket? Oh, $1000 bank fee that all goes to MB. Really? We had never discussed that. He claims we did but we did not. Also we never discussed the overmiles!! That was the first thing I mentioned. That was why we wanted to terminate our lease early. Then he says let me see what I can do with the bank fee. We can give it to you at cost $795. Huh? I thought it all went to MB? When we did lease a car the next day we found out the bank fee was $595. Caveman car sales tactics! And I told them I had worked as a car salesman years ago (I really did). How they thought this type of bait and switch was going to work I cannot fathom. More
