I was searching for a late model GL for several months. My search expanded beyond my Maryland base and I discovered Pepe Luxury Cars in New Rochelle, NY. I found Pepe via their website and quickly found 2 My search expanded beyond my Maryland base and I discovered Pepe Luxury Cars in New Rochelle, NY. I found Pepe via their website and quickly found 2 GLs with the features and model year we wanted but not Certified (CPO). While the initial price was above my target, I was able to negotiate a total package and Pepe CPO’d the GL which met my requirements. Buying near the end of the month seems to help the deal. For those thinking about buying a car and not seeing it live or test driving it, CPO with Mercedes makes it an easier decision. It is a standard that all Mercedes dealers must meet. Pepe clearly delivered. Their staff was very supportive. The GL was near perfect upon arrival. The minor issues were quickly addressed. Pepe made the process easy and had a no pressure approach. While I did not need service, I did notice the service facilities were VERY clean and seemed to run well. If you are looking for a pre-owned or new Mercedes, expand you options and give Pepe a chance. Jeff Towson and Richie Russo made a big difference to purchase the GL at Pepe. This is the first time I have ever rated a dealership. It is also the only dealership I have ever been in with a doorman and a car elevator!! More
