Unprofessional staff and unskilled mechanics. They do not understand the concept of wheel alignment. They told me no one would be able to make my steering 100% straight yet it was fixed in another dealership. I was even advised that the mechanic at new Rochelle clearly did not lock the steering wheel in place when doing alignment like he is supposed to. The mechanics are obviously inexperienced but the service advisors also do not anything about cars. More
I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I came to Mercedes-Benz New Rochelle expecting professionalism and respect—especially considering the brand’s reputation. Unfort share my experience. I came to Mercedes-Benz New Rochelle expecting professionalism and respect—especially considering the brand’s reputation. Unfortunately, I was met with quite the opposite. The General sales manager Nicolette Natale was dismissive, condescending, and completely unwilling to address my concerns. She made me feel targeted and discriminated Instead of listening to the issue regarding my application being flagged incorrectly, she never showed face until my request to speak with her and stated clearly she was “too busy” which I have in recording. Most of the conversations were done via text messages with the seller (Mr. Lenin)— including the handling of sensitive information. There was zero accountability, zero answers, and even less empathy for my case after getting approved “then revoked” according to Ms. Natale. In fact, I requested proof in writing of being falsely accused of fraudulent identity and Ms. Natale stated that she can’t give me any proof. I then asked for an email summary regarding this event and she stated she will send something over and never did! I have serious concerns about the integrity of how my application was handled. Based on the lack of transparency and the inconsistencies I’ve encountered, I strongly believe there may have been questionable or inappropriate actions taken behind closed doors that led to the revocation of my application. The process did not appear fair or objective, especially after I insisted of bringing all my documents in person which they never suggested I do— instead all pictures via text. What made this situation worse was Ms. Natale’s arrogant attitude. Rather than offering help, she seemed more interested in ending the conversation quickly. I left feeling unheard, dismissed, discriminated, frustrated, and frankly, insulted. For a luxury dealership, this level of customer service is unacceptable—especially from someone in a leadership role. I will never return here and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. If you value your time and dignity, take your business elsewhere. More
I purchased from New Rochelle in 2023 and also purchased a 24 months additional insurance. I since then traded my car in after a break in. I still have 18 months left on my insurance and they refused to re a 24 months additional insurance. I since then traded my car in after a break in. I believe this dealership knows what they have in Tom Burns, the Shop Forman. He is the only reason I’ve come back. He is honest, and will patiently explain the issue. I came in with my 2019 450 GLS and it was just out of CPO warranty but Tom provided very reasonable price for the fix. And while under warranty was just as helpful. I’m grateful and consider Tom a friend. John, who lends out vehicles, is also a good advocate and reliable staff member. Thanks guys. Will see you again soon. More
This is the absolute worst service place I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The service department people are very incompetent and don't want to to their jobs correctly. I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled recall service which should've taken 1 day to do and as of today it's been 8 days. Numerous excuses, no loaner vehicle, and the service Manager Matt is dismissive and have no clue how to deal with customers correctly. The entire staff within the service department needs customer service relations training. Stay away from this place, they do not value their customers, and if you're not paying fir service due to a recall or whatever, there is a slim to no chance that you will receive a loaner. More

I bought my beautiful pre-owned GLS 450 earlier this year. There were a couple of hiccups as there usually are when purchasing a pre owned vehicle, but I’ve never had such a diligent and courteous team to work with. They made sure that things were done right and completed when they said they would be completed. It’s the best dealership team I’ve ever worked with and now in my 50’s, I’ve worked with many. Thanks for all of your help New Rochelle Mercedes. I’ll keep coming back to give you my business. More
