The best customer service hands down. The cars will get you to come in but the management will make you stay forever. The worst experience ever. I had an appointment on a Friday night for a test drive and they let me sit there for 20 minutes in the dealership with no assistance while we were the only clients in the pla Friday night for a test drive and they let me sit there for 20 minutes in the dealership with no assistance while we were the only clients in the place. I was driving my '08 CLK Class and felt like the tires were out of balance at highway speeds so I took it in to Mercedes Benz of New Orleans for service work. The staff was friendly and helpful and took were out of balance at highway speeds so I took it in to Mercedes Benz of New Orleans for service work. Richard never gives status updates on vehicle in service. Service department is very slow. I've been to other Mercedes dealer through the gulf coast and never had service like this. Keep away!
