I made an appointment for service on the MB app an I just purchased a GL550 from an non-Mercedes dealer. It was under warranty and had a few issues. I made an appointment for service on the MB app and was able to get right in. I was treated great and the car was repaired as requested. Very happy. More

I have now been here three times and the service team does what we agreed on and no other high pressure for unnecessary add ons. More

Dealership"s Service Needs "Attention to Detail" Course I had no doubt my SLK 32 AMG would receive the proper work needed to repair a power steering issue. However, I became concerned when the car could not be found and had a worrisome 20 minute wait during its retrieval. Then the car was brought in facing the 'ENTER' side instead of 'EXIT' which required a ground guide to manuever between cars, one coming in. I was astonished at the filthy exterior of my car and dirty floormat. The car had obviously sat outside in the back and I have no problem with that. I question why it was returned in such a filthy state after being there an entire week. None of these negatives would have ever been toerated by Harold Hamilton. More
