Service is always very courteous, professional and quick I never have to wait long to check in when I come on time for my appointment. Their service agents are always ready and check me in quickly. When I need a "loaner", they never hesitate to offer one, if available, sometimes on short notice. Although service is at a small premium over local mechanics, you get what you pay for in competence, expertise, and professionalism. These folks know their Benzes. While tire prices are above other suppliers, they are becoming more responsive to the competition, plus providing in depth knowledge of the tires required. As far as reviews, any dealership willing to display if they have shortcomings and respond courteously and positively, that dealership is concerned with growing and improving quality and customer relations. I worry about seeing NO negative responses for fear they have been removed by the dealer. Excellent waiting area, too! More

She went out of her way to accommodate us especially when our vehicle service would not be completed the day we brought it in. She further accommodated us by allowing us to take the loaner home with us (we live almost 2 hours away). She then had a driver deliver our car to us the next day. Very professional and thoughtful.
