My service manager is Nic Howard, who is incredibly responsive and always makes sure that service is done on time and on budget. He always takes the time to explain the repairs in a clear and concise manner and why they are needed. Most importantly, he was able to help get a mechanical issue covered by MB and have the work completed quickly and efficiently. Great overall experience. More

The service staff, especially Gary Patel, embraces any question and technically explains anything I may not understand. In the past, at other locations, I have experienced service personnel with condescending attitudes, so it is always refreshing to experience great customer focus. Keep up the good work! More

The Sprinter service coordinator, Gary Patel, did not have a service technician free, but diagnosed the problem as likely just two bulbs burned out; "Simultaneously?", I asked. "Yes, I've seen it before." Sure enough. He was not only correct, but put in two new bulbs, refused any payment, and had us back on the road in minutes. We have had good service at MB dealers all over the country, but this was exceptional. More

And, when sticker shock fades I realize over the long haul any costs even out, compared with other brands that demand more frequent attention, in my case.
