I bought a EQE 350 last fall. I didn’t know much about electric vehicles and neither did they. They told me they didn’t sell them but leased them because they would change in 3-is I didn’t know much about electric vehicles and neither did they. They told me they didn’t sell them but leased them because they would change in 3-ish years and the technology would be better and battery life longer. They didn’t tell me that the battery would go down 30% in the winter and the range of the battery is still down 15% from its original maximum range. The salesman didn’t realize this either. Also, when I tried to contact the service department they never got back to me. They want to upsell you on service agreements and give you no after the sale(lease) service. If they don’t know the issues with electric automobiles, then why are they selling them. I was misled. I will never do business with MB of Nashville again. Scott should have forewarned me about what I was getting into. Now I have an albatross with a 4000 pound battery for the next 2 1/2 years. More
