I purchased a used car (not a Mercedes) from them. The buying experience was pleasant but after the purchase, while still in the parking lot, I tried synching my phone to the radio. Turns out, the radio's touch screen was inoperable and many of the features of the radio did not work. This is not something we checked during the test drive. When we called our salesperson his first words were, "did you buy the warranty?" I didn't because $65/month additional is a lot to someone just out of college. He said that wasn't a problem but the car was sold "as is". He suggested I go to the manufacturer's dealership and see what they could do for me. I was fully aware that I bought the car "as is" but am I not to expect that the radio would be in full working order after I was told the car was inspected and gone over and "this dealership would never sell a car like this unless it was in top condition". Not to mention the "call" the salesman got while we were on our test drive from another salesman who was with a customer who had an appointment and was looking for the key. Yeah, I didn't believe it at the time and after the radio not working, I'm more convinced it was a sales tactic. Anyway, I had to sink $1300 more into the car for a radio on a car that was "inspected and then inspected again by our technicians". Overall, I like the car. It appears all of the repairs they said they did like new brakes, fluids etc. were done. Yet, selling a car without a fully operable radio and when questioned the first words are, "did you buy the warranty?" really makes me wonder about the ethical and moral substance of this dealership. My advice, buyer beware. More
