Bad Experience This has happened 2 times with me and i will not return to this location. I have an extended warranty which expired last Sunday. The first time i had This has happened 2 times with me and i will not return to this location. I have an extended warranty which expired last Sunday. The first time i had a oil leak, i was presented with an huge invoice, i then called Mercedes corporate and they honored my extended warranty and i returned to the dealership to get this fixed. Second time, i was am told that some spring on the drivers seat may need replacement and of course that determination has been made when my car is out of warranty less than a week. I was also told that the brakes and rotors need to be replaced urgently and that the indicator light should have lit up. I agree that it seems reasonable that the brakes need replacement but why are you not fixing the light? If its supposed to light up, it should light up correct? or maybe the brake does not need to be replaced More

Superfantastic Was on the road when ESP and ABS lights came on saying “drive to nearest repair location”. My regular MB dealer assisted in locating the Nashville MB Was on the road when ESP and ABS lights came on saying “drive to nearest repair location”. My regular MB dealer assisted in locating the Nashville MB which can handle Sprinter Class. Got there around 7pm and was given first appointment the next morning. Thanks to G Patel and guys in shop I was on the road by 10am. Wonderful and thanks again. Lonnie Wise More

servicing 3500 mercedes sprinter The service people seem to be interested in the cars you'll probably get good service if you have a car. They were over two hours late getting to me. The service people seem to be interested in the cars you'll probably get good service if you have a car. They were over two hours late getting to me. I had an appointment but I had to go ask if they would be able to service it that day. Things checked off on the inspection that were not completed. I am a retired mechanic. I want need to waste their time at that dealership anymore. Hope everyone else has better luck with them. More

Knowledgeable, Professional, Friendly & Personable, The AC on my ML400 suddenly wasn’t working properly in the sweltering summer heat in middle Tennessee. I can’t stand being hot and don’t like driving The AC on my ML400 suddenly wasn’t working properly in the sweltering summer heat in middle Tennessee. I can’t stand being hot and don’t like driving with my windows down. It was almost 5PM, but I immediately called Mercedes-Benz of Nashville and they worked me in the next morning. It was also time for my 50,000 mile service and they took care of all of it on the same day-hallelujah! I usually schedule service ahead of time and take a loaner car, but with such short notice there was no loaner available. I was surprised and impressed with how quickly they shuttled me home and then got me back to the dealership when my car was ready! Everyone I came into contact with at the dealership was friendly, personable, and professional. In addition to those traits, George Lund, my service advisor, was extremely knowledgeable and communicative about progress on my car. It was a great experience and I’m once again driving in air conditioned comfort! I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Nashville! More
