Great car buying experience I bought a certified pre owned C Class from Mercedes-Benz of Nashville. Chris Popin has been exceptional in the whole car buying process. He has 12 ye I bought a certified pre owned C Class from Mercedes-Benz of Nashville. Chris Popin has been exceptional in the whole car buying process. He has 12 years of experience and very knowledgeable about Mercedes cars. Intially I selected a model that did not have a backup camera and I forgot to notice it. But Chris mentioned that and also made sure I got the right car with all the features I wanted with a very good deal. He did a wonderful job in explaining every detail of the car we got. Poor customer service Will not return phone calls/text after an issue with purchase of a $37,000 vehicle. Made promises they won’t keep. I have never been treated so unimportant by a company in my life... I have called and left 2 messages for the main manger and no response from him either.... this is an easy $300 or less fix to a problem and they sell expensive classy vehicles you think they would have a better business ethics.
