Please know that no one at the dealership is wearing masks during the pandemic. I have health problems and they’re very happy to talk to me in small cubicle with no mask on. I had to quickly leave. Express oil service additional charges Dealer quoted $160 over phone for this service. Dealer invoice added $9 environmental fee. Dealer already knew they were going to charge this, so they should include that in the phone quote. Dealer invoice shows they charged for 9 quarts of oil and put in 7 quarts that the engine takes, adding $11 to the cost. Dealer did not reset the service indicator when I received the car back. Dealer had emailed me a $25 coupon for this service, so I have to assume the additional charges are to recover the coupon. More
