Dealer invoice shows they charged for 9 quarts of oil and put in 7 quarts that the engine takes, adding $11 to the cost. Dealer did not reset the service indicator when I received the car back. Dealer had emailed me a $25 coupon for this service, so I have to assume the additional charges are to recover the coupon. More
