A great Mercedes Buying Experience After on line research and a trip to Mercedes Benz of Nashvillet it was time to purchase a new car and we wanted to purchase another Mercedes. Brad Snyder was our sales consulant and we had worked with him before and had such a great experience previously and wanted to do it again. We picked out the car and options and put a disposit down for our order.. Brad stayed in touch with us and kept us fully informed as to the anticipated arrival. A few days later Brad gave us a call and said our car had arrived and asked when we would like to pick it up. With the covid 19 pandemic causing everyone to be careful and safe distanting, we were assured that all business would be conducted under the national guidelines. We drove our new GLC300 home that day. I must mention that Brad Snyder was an outstanding representative of the Mercedes Benz family. When we were having difficulty getting the garage door opener to connect to the car, Brad made a special trip to out home to assist. I recently returned a leased GLC300 4matic for. Repairs to a gas line , damage caused by rodents. When I picked up the vehicle I noticed a noice coming from under the car... all tires were inflated properl to a gas line , damage caused by rodents. When I picked up the vehicle I noticed a noice coming from under the car... all tires were inflated properly. Sudden increased noise caused to to pull over and inspect the car. I found the lug nuts missing in the drivers rear wheel! The wheel had been removed by service to access the gas line repair. The lug bolts were either not replaced or not secured well enough for safe travel. Very fortunate not to have been in a serious accident because of this error. Felt I should make someone aware of the incident .i was very pleased with the care and response. Thanks Steve Barnes More
