If I decide to wait in lounge of the dealership, it comfortable, spotless, and stocked with snacks and beverages. If I chose to be shuttled to a destination until my Mercedes is ready, they provide a personable driver, with knowledge of the routes, to get me there. More

Mr. Randall Hamme was our service advisor and was absolutely outstanding along with the excellent mechanics at Naples Mercedes!
