Doug was outstanding as my service manager. I called to schedule an A 1 service that I was overdue for and they got me in the very next morning. I was told it would take a couple of hours and I was out w schedule an A 1 service that I was overdue for and they got me in the very next morning. I was told it would take a couple of hours and I was out with all services complete and my car washed and vacuumed in under two hours! Very nice dealership and each time I have been impressed with the service and ease of dropping my car off and picking up a loaner when we requested. More

Tino Guerrero has been our service representative since we purchase a pre-certified 2014 C250 Coupe from Mercedes Naples in 2016. He has gone out of his way to always provide excellent service. We live 9 we purchase a pre-certified 2014 C250 Coupe from Mercedes Naples in 2016. He has gone out of his way to always provide excellent service. We live 98 miles from the dealership, he always gets us in and out expeditiously. He explains what needs to be done if more than normal service is required. His personable but professional demeanour is matched everyone encountered at the facility. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Mercedes. More

MB of Naples service is top notch - had the c300 towed due to loos of power and left key in the box - Dan, called first thing next morning, soon thereafter had a diagnosis and estimate, fixing the problem due to loos of power and left key in the box - Dan, called first thing next morning, soon thereafter had a diagnosis and estimate, fixing the problem in less than 24 hours time.
