My service writer was very professional and down to earth. He made my wife and I feel important as customers and provided us with a loaner while our Mercedes was in for repair. Tino always takes very good care of us in the service department. We were in for a scheduled maintenance service. We always have a loaner car while our car is being worked on. I can only drive cars tha department. We were in for a scheduled maintenance service. We always have a loaner car while our car is being worked on. I can only drive cars that I fit into, I am quite petite, and Mercedes always takes very good care of me. We love our car, even though it is an older model and the Service department treats us as if we just bought a new car ! I feel confident after the service is done, I feel safe in my car and that everything was done the right way. I also feel that we are getting value for money in the repairs department. We do have an extended warrantee, but there is always a healthy discussion concerning the charges and we feel that Mercedes is very fair. I would say the most important value for me is the safety factor I feel when I have a problem and your service department takes care of it. Thank You, Terry Brzeski More
Geoff and Jackie were exceptionally courteous, gracious and helpful. The only problem I experienced was when I pulled out of your driveway , my car's dashboard lights went immediately on and I had to turn and helpful. The only problem I experienced was when I pulled out of your driveway , my car's dashboard lights went immediately on and I had to turn around and return the car for additional and serious repair. But , at this time, all apprears to be well. The loaner car was also a bonus....if I continue to have problems with my SL500 I would seriously consider a newer Mercedes. More
