From that point on, Micah stepped in and took excellent care of us. We arrived two days later to find the vehicle prepped and waiting in us. Upon walking into the dealership, we felt very welcome. Alex came by to say hello as we completed some paperwork with Micah. The entire process seemed more like a friendly conversation rather than a business transaction. They clearly appreciated our business even though we weren't buying one of higher priced models. Joe was excellent and took the time to explain the lease terms with us while making the financing process as painless as possible.
