I travelled over 800 miles to buy the vehicle. The used Saab was just as described. It appeared as expected and drove well back home to Virginia. Adam Davis was exceptionally service-oriented. I probably bought one of the least expensive pre-owned vehicles offered at Mercedes of Naples but the dealership made me feel just as important as if I was buying a $100,000 new Mercedes. I also appreciated the quick no-nonsense meeting with Joseph to wrap up the financial and administrative details. I enjoyed it so much I may travel over 800 miles again for my next car. This was an exceptional experience, due mainly to working with Joe Politi. We purchased a pre-owned CClass last year and it was not large enough. We came in and Joe presented upgrade options and within two hours we were on our way with a 2013 E Class Pearl white with leather interior. Why Joe - we could have traded our car in last year in Rochester, NY where we live full time. We are at our home in Naples 5 months only. Joe kept in touch with me just to say hi and update me on new product and to be sure I was happy with last year's purchase. He is smart, informed and the best customer relations person I've ever worked with - our business is advertising and we understand client relations. Not only did he get us the right car for our needs at the end of January - but he knows the product and it has been perfect to drive for the last month. Our experience with Joe Jalbert, was also terrific - he is quick but also informative and we took his advice - purchased the plating and other amenities that we should have. This whole team is incredibly qualified and knowledgeable. No one forces anyone to buy a Mercedes - you either want one or you don't. But Joe helps you select what's right for your lifestyle and negotiated a great deal on our trade-in that was exactly what we had hoped. Bottom line - best in dealership sales we've ever worked with - and we have others - Lexus, Audi, Cadillac. Joe makes purchasing a Mercedes Vehicle an experience - and went through every feature with us personally. We will refer several friends to Joe and look forward to maintaining a wonderful professional relationship with your dealership. Your service department and Tino also followed up promptly and we are all plated and had great service.
