To purchase a Certified used MB. We went into the used MB sales office with the purpose of considering purchasing a 1 year old used car. As it turned out and the day progressed after test driving several cars that after 4 or 5 hours had we had purchased a car that very day. We were never pressured or pushed by Joe"JP" Politi. He seemed to have all of the time in the world and patience with us. He even had snack to offer during lunch time. He was informative and knowledgable of all of the cars and had the answers available to us. We thought the price was fair and they accepted my car which was almost 24 years old as trade and gave me an acceptable price for it. We can not say enough about Joe "JP" and our experience with the MB of Naples. We will purchase with you again and may perhaps bring a car down from another state to trade for one to return to our summer home. More
