Although my 2013 SL550 had only 23,000 miles on it and was in great shape, it was irreparably damaged and my insurance company declared it a total loss. I wanted to replace it with a low mileage newer SL550 and searched online for SL550's for sale. I saw a 2019 SL550 for sale at Mercedes Benz of Naples with just over 8,000 miles on it. So for the very first time in my life, I considered purchasing a previously owned car sight unseen. Although I was hesitant at first, my willingness to do so was based on the thoroughness, responsiveness and attention to detail provided by Adam Davis. He walked me through the process every step of the way including a live video walk around inspection of the vehicle, the provision of a Carfax showing the complete service and ownership history of car and a point-by-point review of each and every element required for the car to qualify as a Mercedes Certified Pre-Owned vehicle with an extended factory warranty. I'd highly recommend Adam Davis and Mercedes Benz of Naples to anyone who might be considering buying a car sight unseen online. More
I’m always reluctant to write reviews, but in this case I have to make an exception. I’ve always heard Mercedes Benz service is exceptional. After all, it is Mercedes, why wouldn’t it be? My experience at Mercedes Benz of Naples has been hands down the best service I have received from any dealership including Lexus and BMW. I purchased the extended warranty product with my new GLB250 which included free towing and replacement tires on the event of a flat. Less than 6 months into my new car, I had my first flat tire. I was on my way to the airport at 4:30 on a Saturday morning. I pulled over to assess the damage. It was a full blow out. No possibility of repair. I contacted a towing service and waited in my car for an Uber to take me to the airport while cars were buzzing by me in the dark at 80 miles an hour. I luckily made my flight. On Monday I flew back, picked up my car at the repair shop after hours. The next day I contacted the Insurance company to process my claim, only to be told that my call had to be initiated before the repair occurred. I explained the timing and circumstances surrounding the flat tire and was told I should have called on Monday when they were open. I explained I was flying on Monday with no opportunity to call and the paperwork with the phone number and warranty information was located in the car at the repair shop. They denied the claim. I appealed the claim only to be denied again. Thankfully, with one phone call to Mike Brin, my sales representative at the dealership, I was written a check to cover the cost of the new tire in full. Mike contacted Nancy Mathis, the service manager who quickly resolved my problem for me and cut me a check through their service department. I didn’t expect that they could or would help me, but was pleasantly surprised how quickly both Mike and Nancy worked to get my problem resolved. Most dealerships talk about service. This one actually delivered. As with all customer service, it comes right down to the people who make it happen. Mike and Nancy were exceptional and deserve to be recognized for their efforts. I am eternally grateful for their willingness to go above and beyond what I expected. More
I drive 95 miles from Weston, FL to buy my cars from Adam Davis at Mercedes Benz Naples. There is no one I have encountered at any local area Mercedes Dealership that has the knowledge of product and profess Davis at Mercedes Benz Naples. We recently purchased a used Cadillac from Mercedes of Naples and worked with their Sales Consultant Chad Nesselhauf. He is extremely professional, he had the car detailed and in front of the dealer when Naples and worked with their Sales Consultant Chad Nesselhauf. He is extremely professional, he had the car detailed and in front of the dealer when we arrived, and he even moved it out of the shade so we could see it in the sun. He pointed out ome dings and provided a very honist assesment of the car. We love it. We purchased the car and he called the next day to see if we arrived Ok and what we thought of the car. 5 Stars to Chad!!! More
