Exceptional Sales Experience We arrived before closing on a Tuesday evening and were greeted by JP Politi to look at an ML. JP was extremely courteous, knowledgable and patient. It was not until 7.30pm that we realized the dealership closed at 7pm. We have been buying cars and working with dealerships for decades and this is the best experience we have ever had. JP spent that evening with us, followed up the next day and his courtesy and efficiency during purchase process was exceptional. JP even pointed out a small problem on the front spoiler and had it fixed before delivery. At delivery, JP spent extra time making sure we understood all options available, even taking the time with my 9 year old to answer her questions. We are very pleased with our ML and JP continues to follow up and his courteous and genuine demeanor is refreshing. You have new clients for life and jP is an exceptional salesman. See you soon. We stopped in and saw our salesman Joe Politi last week about possibly trading our convertible. Told him exactly what we wanted and they had one still being detailed. We drove it and looked at several others. No pressure. Asked Joe to contact us when the car was ready and we would stop back. Today we dealt with Debbie because Joe had apts at the same time. No problem. Debbie was a great fill in. She was very friendly, helpful and really wanted to make this car work for us. I know this car would not last long but we had decided on a price that we thought was fair for both of us or not trade today. It did not take long to come to an agreement. The rest of the staff was very helpful in making apts and getting some other items I wanted for the car as well. Everyone was very attentive to our needs. We are very pleased with the service we received today. Everything went smooth and we love our (New to Me) ML 350. My husband was actually laughing and making jokes which is really good for him where car dealerships are concerned. If he is relaxed then they did a good job. Thank you More
