Gave only average rating for quality of work because had to return the car for over-spray paint problem from minor bumper repair and low quality of detailing. Both should have been taken care of before we first picked up the car a couple of days after after the purchase. After a few days of driving we noticed a small dent on the rear passenger side that we missed originally. We knew it was there originally from a picture we took of the car the day we picked up the car. Jonathan and Tom made sure that it was taken care of when we returned for the over-spray fix and other items promised as part of the sale. Overall, great experience and we look forward to enjoying our almost like new 2012 E350 convertible!. More
