This latest visit to Mercedes Benz of Naples was different. I walked into the dealership and was introduced to Micah. I told him exactly what I thought I wanted, and in turn he asked me "what my dream car would be". From the get go he was engaging, knowledgable and aggressive in pricing. I did not make a decision that day and left to check out the competition with BMW and Audi. He touched base with me, but I never felt hounded. I was torn about what to get, as I had such great options between all the brands. A few days later I thought my my decision was made to buy another car, when he sent me a simple well-timed text that said "let's make you the deal of a century today". So I headed back to the dealership. I went in there for a CLS400 and happily drove off with my "dream option" -- a brand new S550. He has since followed up with me, dedicated more than an hour to give me a full tutorial to personalize and learn all of the car's amazing technology options and I am thrilled with my latest experience at the dealership. Not only was his service great, the experience fun, but the pricing was extremely competitive -- and who doesn't like a great price?! They have won us back. More

Lied about Warranty Although our salesman and buying experience was great and we love our vehicle purchased, the finance manager lied to us about what the coverage includ Although our salesman and buying experience was great and we love our vehicle purchased, the finance manager lied to us about what the coverage included in their Gold extended warranty package when it was sold to us. I was not satisfied with the manager's response when I called to share my concern when something failed and wasn't covered as explained. I cannot recommend the dealership and would not shop there again based on this. To top it off my vehicle was dirty and scratched when I picked it up from the service department. More

Amazing I faced buying another car with great trepidation, as I love my 20-year old MB E320 Cabriolet and really didn't want another car. However, I finally I faced buying another car with great trepidation, as I love my 20-year old MB E320 Cabriolet and really didn't want another car. However, I finally came to the realization that it was time to give it up. So, I faced with trepidation the aspect of shopping for a replacement. I searched the Naples area, including Ft. Myers and Bonita, and had my work cut out for me. Decided while I was looking at the others to see if Mercedes-Benz of Naples might have something, even though nothing came up in my search. So, there I am wandering around the lot, not finding anything I could afford and wondering which used-car sales vulture would come out to greet me, when Jonathan Whitlow appeared. Turned out to be my lucky day! He said a car fitting my specs had just come in. He's my kind of used-car salesman--warm, welcoming, willing to work with me and give me advice without being pushy. He made my purchase seem like a walk in the park. When I picked up the car today Jonathan went out of his way to accommodate me, going so far as to follow me 10 miles away to get the license plates off my old car to transfer to the new one. I could not possibly have asked for a better car-buying experience! Thank you Jonathan Whitlow and thank you Mercedes-Benz of Naples! More
