This was one of the easiest, most pleasant front end sales experience. This is not my first Mercedes-Benz, purchased at Naples...so I had a very good knowledge of the product, sales department, and service department....The only problem I found was that their prep and certification process for resales, exhibited poor Product Control before delivery. I had to point out: paint chip areas which had to be fixed, console lid was broken, with the broken runner piece still in the console, and small chip in the windshield...all of which was brought to their attention. JP and the service department were very helpful in correcting all of these items, which required a number of service visits...All but the windshield...still waiting to see what will be done to correct it?? More

Amazing experience at Service Department My recent visit to the Mercedes dealership to have my car was amazing! I had a Service representative for several years and loved him. He left the d My recent visit to the Mercedes dealership to have my car was amazing! I had a Service representative for several years and loved him. He left the dealership a couple years ago. My visit after his departure was so disappointing. The rep was not at all comparable to my previous rep. When I called to make this appointment I told the lady scheduling the service appointments how I felt about my previous visit and that rep. This time she assigned me to Adrian Pena. HE IS AMAZING! He is the prime example of what a PERFECT representative should be like. He was waiting for me and he was so friendly. Within a few minutes he made me feel very appreciated and like we had known each other for years. He had arranged a loaner for me for convenience. I had forgotten to tell him I was preparing to fly out of town the next day. When I remembered to tell him he just smiled and said "No problem". He went to the desk and they made some adjustments to have my car moved up on the list and finished before I had to leave town. He didn't admonish me or make me feel bad he just handled it with a smile. We talked a little bit about our families and when I left there I was smiling and laughing. My time with him was truly the HIGHLIGHT of my day. Who can ever say that? Normally people dread taking their car in for service but he was AWESOME! I hope the company appreciates him as much as I do because I'd like him to be my rep for many years to come. His service and expertise was so superb it could absolutely be the reason I choose to buy another Mercedes. Thank you Adrian!!! More

COMMENTS ON MERCEDES PURCHASE PROCESS I purchased a 2016 Mercedes-Benz C300 on 09/05/2015. My choice of car was based on ratings published by Consumer Reports and desired safety features. I purchased a 2016 Mercedes-Benz C300 on 09/05/2015. My choice of car was based on ratings published by Consumer Reports and desired safety features. A car with the selected features was not available so it was ordered with expected pickup on 12/01/2015 (87) days. Given the long lead time, a trade-in value on my 2014 Infiniti Q50 was not provided at time of order but was advised the Black Book used car value would be used. The car was actually available for pick up 10 days late on 12/11/2105. It came equipped with one additional item that was not ordered or wanted, Linden Wood Trim ($325), but it was removed from the final price. The trade-in value offered was $2,625 or 9% lower than the Black Book average value of $30,875. The original sales consultant (Dean Smith) was promoted after the purchase so I was reassigned twice; I went through the actual pick up and payment process with our third consultant, Joe Politi. We found the dealership very congested as it took us 10-15 minutes just to work around trucks/cars to find a parking spot and felt very crowded when going through the car operation instructions. Joe Politi became the highlight of the process as he was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and clear about the car operation. Joe has followed up several times to answer any operation questions. The open issues are around internet features offered as part of MB Companion and Mbrace, which are being addressed by John Malikoglu, Product Concierge Manager. In talking with John, it became evident that Mercedes may have internal issues with timely notification and training on new features, such as MB Companion. Overall, I would rate the purchase process as average as the car had a very long lead time as well as late, multiple sales consultants, came with an item not ordered, trade-in value offered was much lower than expectation, dealership was congested, but the operation learning process and follow up with Joe Politi have been very good. Except for the internet features and understanding, I am very pleased with car’s features and operation so that raises my overall rating to 4 out of 5 stars. More
