He reassured me that it was a rock or pine cone stuck to my tire and that I didn't have a problem with my tires. My light indicator didn't go on, so I figured there wasn't an issue. The Service Manager made sure that I was satisfied, and made all of my worries go away. I really liked the idea that he addressed my issue, other dealerships would have just ignored my concern of a noise coming from the tires without the indicator light going on. I was extremely pleased with my service visit. More

After repeatedly buying our Benz's from our preferred dealership outside of Orlando, I thought it may be time for a change and to shop around. I advised Debbie what I was looking for and the particulars of the deal that we needed to have in order proceed to purchase. Debbie worked diligently and tirelessly on our deal and put in an exorbitant amount of time and effort. She answered many text and or email messages. I also never felt that I was bothering her with my many questions and detail pertaining to our remote delivery that the dealership provided. Debbie did an OUTSTANING job and has earned customers for life with her superior service and dedication. The dealership and it's principals should consider themselves honored and lucky to have a person of her caliber with them. I also want to Thank the dealership receptionist (I believe her name to be Paige) who is one of the most polite and courteous persons that I have dealt with when contacting a dealership, I spoke with her on numerous occasions. Her professionalism and positive attitude always shown through on the phone calls, again she was a delight also. Mercedes Benz of Naples was very aggressive to attain our business both with their courteous staff and the level of discounting on the vehicle.
