I did ABSOLUTELY ZERO research on the type of vehicle I ended up purchasing. I knew what I wanted and I trusted the system. Henri sat with me for about 20 mins. He brought me specs on 2 vehicles that were on the lot. After reviewing the specs I decided at the desk to test drive ONE of the two. Within minutes, we were on the road as Henri explained the many features of the '16 GLE350 4MATIC. After taking over the wheel, I knew at that point that this was THEE ONE. Got back to the office and within a matter of minutes we came to agreement on the price. Came back at 2pm and met with Tom as we did the paperwork. Everything done so smoothly and effortlessly, I wish everything in life could be this smooth and easy. The physical aspect of the dealership is Excellent. A great lounge to wait in and nice snacks. Every employee I encountered were cordial and upbeat. Especially Shanna and Rich Grimes. All in all, this experience was incredibly "professional and efficient."
