I saw the car online and called the dealer from Miami; described my trade, negotiated pricing, agreed on delivery timing and when I arrived at the Naples dealer that weekend, all paperwork was complete and the car was exactly as advertised. Adam and Tom Neglio (finance) took personal interest in each step of the process to make it completely seamless. They were always attentive, in touch by email, phone and text message throughout the purchase and delivery process, and were available for follow-up as there were a couple of post-delivery items which needed to be completed after I picked up the car. I can't say enough about the professionalism of Adam and the team at MB Naples, who made this - my seventeenth Mercedes-Benz purchase in twenty-eight years (across three different dealers) the absolute best. I dealt with Adam Davis, for sales who went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted and Tom Neglio for financing. These gentlemen were able to answer any and all of the questions I may have had along the way and did so with enthusiasm and thorough knowledge of their product. When I went to pick up the vehicle, they were completely prepared and had paperwork already waiting for me. the car was perfect and had been waxed and ready for me to drive and enjoy.
