We wanted a certified CLA - Mercedes Benz of Naples - had a few - the drive wa We researched small luxury SUV/crossover vehicles and test drove a few. We wanted a certified CLA - Mercedes Benz of Naples - had a few - the drive was worth it. Met with Brian Shea, on the lot, he was polite and mindful of our requests and after asking a few questions he knew the SUV we wanted. Brian walked us past a couple of CLAs and stopped at the one that had the bells and whistles he had obviously listened. Brian is well educated with MBs and explained all the nuances of this Limited Edition vehicle. This is a very different experience from other MB dealers. Brian Shea made the difference in our purchase experience of a Certified Mercedes Benz - he is a professional that wants the customer to be happy. He arranged to have our paperwork ready to go, the CLA had a few items to be taken care of and it was in perfect/like new condition at pick up. Brian arranged for a technical wizard to set up and teach the new technology to make our experience with the new purchase an even better one. We purchased a vehicle that met and exceeded our expectations and our salesman Brian Shea went above and beyond to make it a great experience. More
